Placing an order

You can call us on 0121 704 0918 during our opening hours to talk to one of our staff (you can leave a message at other times), or email solihullguideshop@hotmail.com with your order and we will email you back.

When placing orders it helps if you give the catalogue number and a description but we can cope with messages such as "Brownie trousers size 24". Please leave a name and contact number, preferably a landline number.

When you place an order with us, we will reserve your items and let you know when they are all in stock. If we do not have it in stock, we will order it in for you - this may take up to ten days.

We accept credit/debit cards, cash and unit cheques. Due to the withdrawal of the cheque guarantee card system, we will not be able to accept personal cheques after 30 June 2011.
